On Monday December 5th the Mite ADM teams had a very special visit from a couple Griffin players, #9 Frankie Pare and #29 Landon Ferraro!

GRAHA has house hockey for mite aged players (6-8).  This program follows the USA Hockey/MAHA American Development Model (ADM).  Cross ice hockey, skill refinement, small area games and shooting and passing drills are all part of the Mite program.  All practices are circuit training with each skater going through basic drills during the 50 minute practices.  Mites have 2 practices a week and a cross ice or half ice games each weekend.  The Mites participate in the local associations Mite game exchanges and jamborees. This program starts the end of September and ends the middle of March. Jerseys and socks are provided but full equipment is necessary for this program.
